The West Branch Full River Trip
The West Branch of the Penobscot River features some of the best Maine white water rafting. Friends and family will enjoy adventuresome rapids like Nesowdnehunk Falls, Exterminator and the Cribworks. These great rapids are surrounded by the beautiful scenery and rugged terrain of the Katahdin area. Fun, exciting, beautiful, this whitewater rafting trip offers something for everyone in your group. Maine River Boarding
Riverboarding is using an oversized boogie board, PFD, helmet, fins, and wetsuit to run rapids and surf river waves and holes. We started running Riverboard trips in 2008, to rave reviews. Our guided trips take place on the Penobscot River in the Big Eddy and Amberjack rapids. We operate in a hike & play style, which means you will never be asked to run a section of whitewater beyond your comfort level, and furthermore, you will be able to run the river as many times as you like, accompanied and instructed by professional guides.
No flat water. No run-limits. We run until your done.
