Reservations, Privacy, Returns Policy
Rentals and Reservation Policies
You must make reservations. Make them by calling 1-877-356-0386 with a major credit card, by visiting our online booking page, or by mail with a check or money order. A 50% deposit secures your reservation and is non-refundable. The balance is due 30 days before your arrival (PA will automatically debit your credit card). Reservations within 30 days of your trip need full payment with the reservation. You can transfer deposits one time with ten days written notice, but no shows due to inclement weather or change of plans are not refunded. Trips go out rain or shine, but any cancellations due to weather by Penobscot Adventures INC. will be refunded.
Penobscot Adventures INC. Return/Refund Policies
If your unhappy with an item you buy, please return the unused item within 7 days. If it’s a video or picture CD, that doesn’t work please let us know and we will send you new disks.
Cash refunds are only given in the shop with a valid cash receipt.
Credit Card Refunds
All credit card purchases with a receipt will be refunded to the original credit card. If the original card or receipt is not present a store credit will be issued.
All check purchases will be refunded 14 days after the original check has cleared; check refunds will be done in the form of a check from our Corporate Office.
Store credits are issued in the form of a Gift Card, which can be used for any trips and merchandise.

The information we may collect when you browse www.penobscotadventures.com is Personally Identifiable Information.
Personally Identifiable Information
Is any information that tells us exactly who you are, you can browse www.penobscotadventures.com without revealing any except your computer’s IP address.
Booking and Purchasing
When you book a trip or buy an item, we collect your Personally Identifiable Information (name, contact information, credit card #, etc.). This information is used to complete your transaction and talk to you about your trip or purchase. Credit card info given during your transaction is used for payment and is not kept on www.penobscotadventures.com. If you want a paper confirmation or you purchased an item, such as a DVD, we will share your contact information with the USPS so they can deliver it.
Information We May Share
We will report any activities we believe to be unlawful and may also be required to release your Personally Identifiable Information in response to a court order or subpoena. We use Personally Identifiable Information when such use is necessary to apply our Booking Terms and Conditions/Return Refund Policy or to protect our/others rights, safety, and/or property.
